There might be some good news coming soon for gamblers from the US that play in online casinos. Barney Frank has introduced ‘his’ new bill (HR 2267) to regulate and open the online gambling industry in several (or all) states of the USA.
With the new bill Barney frank wants to achieve that both players and state profit from the new legislation. The current law is way to strict and does not avoid US players to gamble online. Several online casino’s accept US players and the need for playing will increase in the future.
The state of america has to provide reasonable options for player to choose from and under the current law the government also looses on taxes.
We can only welcome all initiatives like this since we love to gamble and it is our freedom to do so!!!
